Bomberman's been thrown in the clink for a crime he didn't commit. That dirty swine Black Bomberman not only had the gall to pull a bank job in broad daylight, but he's put the blame on Bomberman - the naffing crook! Our white-and-blue hero isn't the type to sit around. He's got to bust his way out of the big house and get his own back against Black Bomberman... even if it means searching every gas station, residence, warehouse, farmhouse, henhouse, outhouse and doghouse in that area. (I had too much fun writing this.) |
The second Bomberman game for the NES (if you choose to ignore Bomber King), this plays much the same as the first game, only now it's had a graphical makeover styled after the PC Engine game. Would you look at that - it doesn't just use grey, green and orange for every single thing in the game! That's worthy of applause, that is. It also includes two battle modes, allowing either two or three player bomb blasting action! |
Bomberman II was later included on the Game Boy Advance compilation Hudson Best Collection Volume 1.
This game is featured in the Bomberman Maniax guide book.
