Um, shouldn’t it have the head of Mewtwo to have his Psychic powers?
Well, clearly the creature favours buoyancy over psychic prowess – I mean, Lapras’ head ALONE can carry passengers across water without sinking. That’s no mean feat! Meanwhile I bet Mewtwo’s noggin would sink like a rock.
(the real question is whether or not mewtwo knows how to backstroke, because i imagine those porygon legs are lousy at swimming)
