Keshigomu
Keshigomu (消しゴム, alternately abbreviated as "keshi" / 消し or "gomu" / ゴム) are small soft-rubber figurines typically sold in gachapon capsules; the equivalent of Western vending machine toys.
The Super Bomberman series of keshi was made by Konno Industries (今野産業株式会社, or 今野産業 for short) and ran from June 1993 [src] to roughly June 1997 [src], and traditionally scaled around 5cm tall and wide. Some sublines were packaged with stickers or menko, and some were sold on shelves as blind-boxed candy toys by Kabaya, throwing a packet of candy into the deal; the only confirmed cases so far are Super Bomberman 3 and 5.

Seemingly the earliest releases in the series, and are themed around dressing up Bomberman in various sporting attire... and in medieval fantasy garb, for some reason. These toys were also available in boxes of Bomberman Ramune (ボンバーマンラムネ), a candy toy sold by Kabaya containing a packet of fizzy sweets.

This series is split into three categories: solid-colour figurines (of Bomberman, Louie and the World Bombers); translucent figurines (the Five Dastardly Bombers and Bomberman paired with vehicles or partners), and a rare set of fully-painted figurines.

This series is grouped into two size classes: the Bomber Shitennou are the same size as the previous figurines, while the rest are smaller, approximately 3cm tall, and are mounted on rectangular or circular bases.
All figures were available in solid-colour or full-colour variants, though painted figures from the smaller set are more rare. Photographs of the painted variants were featured as splash pages in the Super Bomberman 4 Hudson Official Guide Book.

Variants of the small-scale line also exist, featuring only the Bomberman figurines, all the same shade of green-white, individually bagged and without bases or menko. Two of the figures appear to be scaled down from Super Bomberman 3's translucent set. The details are currently unknown, though it's possible they were packaged as a candy toy.

A tin can you can store keshigomu in, patterned with a wrap-around illustration by mangaka Goro Yamada (山田ゴロ). It was likely available as a pack-in or mail-away gift from the magazine Ninen no Gakushu (2年の学習), where Goro Yamada's Super Bomberman manga was published from 1993 onward. Interestingly, it features characters who never received keshi, including Kotetsu, Pump, Karaoke Bomber and a Hige Hige Bandit. |  |
