Shiggy’s an old dodger, and yet he’s still out and about making games and being a charming goofball at game announcements even at the grand old age of 62 – and tomorrow, 63! Admittedly reception to him in some circles has dampened after the arguable stagnation of the Zelda and Mario franchises, but come on, this is Miyamoto we’re talking about. The man’s been responsible for goodness knows how many classics, to make a big ol’ understatement of it. Surely you can put aside your forty-paragraph diatribes on how Skyward Sword ruined your childhood to wish him a happy birthday.
