Information is based off the default difficulty; I still have to investigate enemy or level differences between difficulties, if any.
The stage layouts, enemy rosters and even order are different between the Japanese and American/European versions (see regional changes), so both are listed side by side just to be exhaustive.

Moves back and forth in a repetitive manner, rarely changing direction.
Mostly marches through the same basic area, but will pursue Bomberman leniently if given the opportunity.
Behaves like the previous enemy. Periodically stops and hides beneath a fake soft block; only vulnerable when exposed.
(1-6 BOSS) Will run around laying spores, generating eight blue minions who pursue Bomberman. Will periodically call those offspring to surround it in a circle and begin pursuing Bomberman, but any destroyed offspring will not be replaced. Requires 4 hits to defeat.
Follows a fairly simple path, but will retreat when it sees a bomb.
Acts quite similarly to the crab, although it changes direction more often.
Will furiously pursue Bomberman, but will retreat when it sees a bomb. When bombed once will lose its armour () and increase its speed. A second bomb will destroy it.
(2-6 BOSS) Floats aimlessly, but periodically turns sinister and propels itself in your general direction, bouncing off the wall once. Requires 5 hits to defeat.
Pursues Bomberman on sight, but will retreat when it sees a bomb.
Move slowly in Bomberman's general direction, but will retreat quickly when it sees a bomb. Can move through soft blocks.
(3-6 BOSS) Pinballs off the walls. Will split into smaller, faster multiples when bombed. Begins as one shape, then two shapes, and finally they split into four shapes each.
Moves in a carefree manner, but usually away from Bomberman. Periodically they catch fire () and speed up, pursuing Bomberman. Only vulnerable in their original form.
Barely different from the first pink enemies. Will breath fire at Bomberman on sight, reaching two tiles to their front.
(4-6 BOSS) Pursues Bomberman leniently, along with its four yellow offspring. They can teleport to another part of the map at will. Requires 4 hits to defeat, while the offspring require 2 hits to defeat.
Moves towards Bomberman's general area, but will retreat quickly when it sees a bomb. Can move through soft blocks.
Moves aimlessly, periodically dropping bombs. They are immune to their own explosions, but not to your bombs or bombs dropped by others of their kin.
(5-6 BOSS) The four of them pursue Bomberman ruthlessly, but retreat when they see a bomb. Periodically stop to flash and emit a four-tile-reach bomb blast, during which time they were invincible. Requires 4 hits each to defeat.
(6-6 BOSS) King Bomber has four drones () that pursue you, and periodically burst into flame, sending fireballs down the aisles as they chase you before returning to normal. They require 3 hits to destroy.
King Bomber can now be attacked. He will then move in your general direction laying bombs in a chain. When they explode his shield deactivates, and he retreats, which is when he's vulnerable to bombs, though the shield recovers shortly. Requires 5 hits to defeat.
(AMERICAN/EUROPEAN ONLY) Actively pursues Bomberman, but keeps its distances. Drops bombs with a 2-tile blast when in range (or just when it wants to). Prone to blowing itself up.
