Fami2Comic was a pack-in with Famitsu's resident Nintedo-themed kids-orientated gaming magazine (that went through a multitude of names; see below). These booklets were separate from the main magazine and featured serialised comics based off then-current Nintendo DS or Wii games; early issues were strictly comics-only, with a single page after each one reminding you to buy the game, though later volumes expanded the game coverage to multiple pages.
The magazine it was packed with rebranded three times during its run; the first three volumes are under Famitsu Cube + Advance ( ファミ通キューブ+アドバンス), the next seven were with Famitsu DS + Cube + Advance (ファミ通DS+キューブ&アドバンス), then finally the magazine branded itself as Famitsu DS + Wii (ファミ通DS+Wii). [src]
A couple of manga ran in the magazine before the introduction of Fami2Comic, but it wasn't a major attraction. Fami2Comic ran from February 2006 to August 2009, after which the pack-in was phased out and the manga was merged with the magazine itself [src]. The magazine concluded with its March 2016 issue, by which point only the Kirby manga was still running.
The magazine is read from left-to-right, while the Fami2Comic booklet is read from right-to-left.
The list of manga below is referenced from the contents pages, the Fami2Comic Wiki, listings at Neowing and just from looking at the covers (some from Enterbrain's now-delisted Flash preview pages). February 2006 to April 2007 is confirmed from my own copies, everything after that is lifted from research, and after September 2010 it's all a bit fuzzy.
By Hichako (ひちゃこ), ran from February 2002 to December 2004 in Famitsu Cube + Advance.
A collected edition was later released in December 2004, albeit as an A5-sized paperback; the original versions in Famitsu Cube + Advance were roughly 25% bigger, if you wanna be pedantic. |
Episode #11 (Dec 2002)Baby Hichako is carried through Super Mario Advance 3: Yoshi's Island and has her Yoshis fall on every possible hazard.

By Kagemaru Himeno (姫野かげまる), ran from January 2005 to June 2006 in Famitsu Cube + Advance. Roughly translated as "Himemaru's Game Journal", this filled the void of Hichako's strip with similar antics of gamer girl Himemaru interacting with Nintendo games, almost exclusively Mario, Pokémon and Animal Crossing titles. More information can be found at Hichako Fan Club. |
By Shin Ogino (おぎの しん), ran from February 2006 to July 2006. Based off Mario Kart DS, this is your typical over-dramatic racing manga, full of thrills, spills and dramatic close-ups - only with Mario characters. Also features the hunkiest Bowser I've ever seen. Like, wow. |
By Kazumi Sugiyama (すぎやまかずみ), ran from February 2006 to April 2007. A silly retelling of Super Princess Peach, with the princess, Toadsworth and her companions meeting the game's bosses and defeating them in silly mood-based manners. |

Four small volumes were packed in with the September 2010, November 2011, October 2012, and April 2013 issues of Famitsu DS + Wii, as well as a standalone "Best Selection" collected edition released in April 2014; I doubt all eight years of manga have been reprinted though. |
By Michiru Michi (路 みちる and Noboru Matsuyama (まつやま登), ran from February 2006 to February 2016, and still ongoing in TV Game Magazine (てれびげーむマガジン) starting from April 2009. A standalone "Best Selection" collected edition was also released on April 2014. |
By Hitoshi Ogino (おぎの ひとし), appeared sporadically. A dramatised troubleshooting guide wherein stupefied player Kyuuta (キュー太) asks Mizumario for help, whose over-the-top theatrics are no use to anyone. It falls to the talented Hakase (博士) to present the much more sensible solution. |
By Ryuusuke Hamamoto (濱元 隆輔), a one-off published on February 2006 as a tie-in for Wario Ware: Touched!.

By Bunta Hachi (蜂 文太), ran from October 2006 to May 2007. Little kid Jin is a dab hand at mecha piloting (who'd have thought!), and when he isn't horsing around with other people's property, he's fighting against the evil forces of the Automen. An English translation by Phantom is underway over at Stargood.org, where you can also find a translation of the original DS game. |

A one-off by Sanpo Yokoi (横井 三歩), published October 2006. Roughly translated as "Incredible Zorori: Treasure Chest of Terror". That fuzzy fox dude meddles with aliens or something. I've no idea. A tie-in to the DS game of the same name. |
A one-off by Atsushi Natsushiro (なつしろ あつし), published on January 2007. A young boy shows his kid sister how to play Kirby Squeak Squad. Yes, that's the entire premise. Are instruction manuals that barebones these days...? |

By Kazumi Sugiyama (すぎやま かずみ), ran from May 2007 to October 2009. What if your cat was a gamer too?! Watch Tako go without sleep to finish an RPG, or lose his progress when someone unplugs the console! It's hashtag relatable or something. |
By Kikuyarou (菊野郎), ran from June 2007 to May 2014. A comic all about reader submissions! Kids send in their hand-drawn designs for monsters and heroes, and see them drawn all fancy-like and pitted against each other in the titular coliseum, commanded by Yuuki and Karen. |

A one-off by Kei Aoki (あおきけい) published on August 2007 as a tie-in to the Japan-only DS game of the same name. No relation to the card game Uno!. Cutesy lab technicians beef up their brains with giant marbles, or something. It'll probably make sense if you played the game. |
A one-off by John Iwamoto (いわもとじょん), published August 2007. A cutesy kid-sized take on the classic boxing manga, as a tie-in to the Wii game of the same name. |
By Itsuka Puzzle (逸架ぱずる), a one-off published on August 2007 as a tie-in for Bomberman Land Touch 2. See the Totally Bombastic Bomberman Shrine Place for info and scans! |
By Yasuhiro Makino (蒔野 靖弘), ran from November 2007 to July 2015. Dopey screwball antics with the cast of Taiko no Tatsujin. Who knew there were more characters than just anthropomorphic drums? A collected edition was included as a pack-in with the September 2014 issue of Famitsu DS + Wii, roughly titled "Everyday Is A Festival" (毎日がお祭り日和). |

A one-off in the November 2009 issue of Famitsu DS + Wii, by Hikota Murakami (村上彦太). Literally translated as "straight line kids" (because it's about football...?? answers on a postcard, this one's lost me), but actually a glorified ad for the Bio-Fitter Tyokusen Shoubu (直線勝負) line of sports shoes. Because who's reading this for the video game manga anyway? |
