CHD can be extracted to find folders, graphics in "CG/" folder .CGX are graphics, 8bpp, multiples of 16x16 tiled (game-char are 16x16 tiled, game-bg is 16x64 to 16x128 tiled, etc) graphics look like they're out of alignment, as if a wrong endian is applied, i just fixed this manually) .PLX is palettes, little-endian, BGR 2BPP
