This series greatly emphasised the B-Da Armor and their gimmickry, though at the expense of the traditional B-Daman figures; the closest it has to traditional marble-firing toys are in its Chara B-Daman subline.
The B-Da Armor can also split into its component pieces: the Upper Unit (アッパーユニット), the B-Da Unit (ビーダユニット) and the Bottom Unit (ボトムユニット). These Units can be reconfigured into a vehicle for the pilot to ride, dubbed Ride Mode (ライドモード), while the traditional mecha form is labelled the Armor Mode (アーマーモード). They can even be mixed and match between B-Da Armor to a limited extent; Shirobom and Kurobom's B-Da Armor boast the ability to use the B-Da Unit of most other mecha. B-DaRoid (ビーダロイド) are animal-themed robots that can be fired from B-Da Units, and in some cases can transform between bestial and bipedal forms, in addition to serving as add-on armour or weaponry for B-Da Armor. |

The toyline was officially distributed in South Korea by Sonokong (손오공주식회사), translated as 빅토리구슬동자. All V B-Da Armor releases were imported, along with the two Ping Pong Shooter toys (VB-04 and VB-05), though the B-Daman Pocket and Chara B-Daman sublines appear to have only been released outside Japan as unlicensed bootlegs.
