(BB-Daman Bakugaiden V)

This series greatly emphasised the B-Da Armor and their gimmickry, though at the expense of the traditional B-Daman figures; the closest it has to traditional marble-firing toys are in its Chara B-Daman subline.
The B-Daman pilots are no longer marble-firing figurines, but totally redesigned to be 5.6cm tall [src] articulated toys that transform into the the Head Unit (ヘッドユニット) of their B-Da Armor.

The B-Da Armor can also split into its component pieces: the Upper Unit (アッパーユニット), the B-Da Unit (ビーダユニット) and the Bottom Unit (ボトムユニット). These Units can be reconfigured into a vehicle for the pilot to ride, dubbed Ride Mode (ライドモード), while the traditional mecha form is labelled the Armor Mode (アーマーモード). They can even be mixed and match between B-Da Armor to a limited extent; Shirobom and Kurobom's B-Da Armor boast the ability to use the B-Da Unit of most other mecha.

B-DaRoid (ビーダロイド) are animal-themed robots that can be fired from B-Da Units, and in some cases can transform between bestial and bipedal forms, in addition to serving as add-on armour or weaponry for B-Da Armor.

(src: Bomberman B-Daman Super Blast Complete Works)

The toyline was officially distributed in South Korea by Sonokong (손오공주식회사), translated as 빅토리구슬동자. All V B-Da Armor releases were imported, along with the two Ping Pong Shooter toys (VB-04 and VB-05), though the B-Daman Pocket and Chara B-Daman sublines appear to have only been released outside Japan as unlicensed bootlegs.

Toy info and checklist sourced from Omochateki Seikatsu (玩具的生活) and Monku Tareru Na! ( 文句たれるな!).

A continuation of the B-00 series from Bakugaiden IV.
The Chara B-Daman (キャラビーダマン) toys are approximately 7cm tall and designed to evoke the character designs from the B-Daman Bakugaiden V TV anime, but still retain their marble-firing functionality. They feature limited articulation, including swivelling heads, feet and arms (though the arms are one plastic piece and cannot be moved individually). All releases come packaged with clip-on armour.

Ping Pong Shooter / ピンポンシューター

VB-04 Sieg Whiter DX and VB-05 Sonic Blued DX are pre-assembled, simplified toys of the respective mecha. They do not fire marbles nor interact with Head Unit pilots or other B-Daman figures, but instead fire ping pong balls, powered by two AA batteries (not included).
They come packaged with 4 ping pong balls and 4 target standees, and feature a built-in target panel above their ping pong chutes. The mecha disassemble the same way the regular toys do, allowing you to mix and match parts from both toys.

A series recreating the B-Da Armor mecha in small and compact marble-firing toys, approximately 6 to 7cm tall. Each figure includes a marble and is comprised of three peg-together pieces, which can be mixed and matched for basic customisation.

Released from February 1999 onward and sold for 380 yen.
