はるか宇宙の彼方にある「ノンビリ星」で、考古学者のミドリ博士が古代遺跡を発掘した。その遺跡から伝説により語り継がれている光線砲が見つかり、その光線砲を狙って、世界に１つしかない物をコレクションする悪の組織ヒゲヒゲ団がひそかに動き出す…。
そのヒゲヒゲ団襲来の通信を受けて、「ジェッターズ」のリーダー「マイティ」は、すぐさま「ノンビリ星」へとモトジェッターで飛び立った…。
