American manual
The American manual can be downloaded as a PDF at SEGA Retro or ReplacementDocs.
A basic webpage with nothing but a sales pitch and a list of bulletpoints - hardly a patch on Hudson's sites!
SEGA also had a troubleshooting page for the game, which is beyond redundant in this day and age, but the world might stop spinning if I'm not mind-numbingly thorough.
Dated October 31st 2001, reviewed by Gerald Villoria. Awarded 6.9 out of 10.
Dated November 20th 2001, reviewer is unidentified. Awarded 9 out of 10.

Bomberman for Dreamcast?
Sure enough. Hudson Soft is currently working on five Dreamcast projects in Japan, one of which includes the company's explosive-throwing mascot. No word as to how many of these games are slated to come to the U.S.
Dated November 1998. The first rumblings of the project.
Game Informer issue 103
[does anyone have a scan?]
Dated November 2001. Awarded 8.5 out of 10.
