Get Back Gaihawk!

Having seen off the Decepticons previously, Star Saber's group of Autobots have still remained on planet Micro and contact Blacker, who is still on Earth. He tells them that apart from a short skirmish with the Dinoforce nothing much has happened and finds it odd that Leozack's team haven't been around lately. Star Saber is worried by this as Hellbat was on Micro recently so the other Brestforce may be near too.

And most of the Decepticons have indeed landed on Micro, and in the Thunder Arrow Killbison is busy throwing knives at a picture of Star Saber and moaning about Hellbat. Everyone hates Hellbat and how they are made to follow his orders whilst putting their own necks on the line with little reward, and that getting rid of him could be a great idea. He then walks in and is asked why he went off on his own accord with Blue Bacchus and Black Shadow, and he replies saying that he wanted to get energy they could use themselves and have their own private supply rather than Deszaras handing out weedy bits of energon to them when they need it. They believe him and he starts to tell them about their next course of action.

They plan to go to Micro's prison moon and free one of their own. The prison moon is a place with a lot of lava and the criminals are forced into working to create energy with is used on Micro. The prisoners are only given enough energy to move so they can't fight back against the Autobot guards, but one of the prisoners, Gaihawk, knows that he will soon be free.

And that's because the Brestforce have come to get him out of jail and start their plan by sending a shuttle towards the prison complex on the moon. They pretend that the shuttle is damaged and send out a mayday call, so the Autobots let them land. But they crash the ship so the explosion it creates separates one area of the prison from the other main section, and the Decepticons start an all out assault to find their friend.

Word gets out to Micro that there is a Decepticon attack happening on the prison moon, and Star Saber somehow knows that the Decepticons must have gone there to bust Gaihawk out of jail. So he heads off with Galaxy Shuttle, Pipo and Fire and tells Holi to go and find Greatshot as he knows the layout of the prison well. Oh, and Jan can't go because he's got school work to do. Sucks to be Jan.

Meanwhile the Decepticons invade the prison and make mincemeat of all the generic Autobot guards, who all get killed horribly such as being shot to pieces, exploded to pieces and ripped to pieces. Three Autobots go in to move Gaihawk to a different cell but he tells them that the Decepticons must be here and then kills them all with his hidden wrist blade before leaving his cell.

The generic Autobots are still being terribly obliterated as Star Saber arrives on the moon and goes into the prison complex with Pipo and Fire, leaving Galaxy Shuttle behind just in case they need to depart quickly. Back inside Hellbat sees the Autobots and tells Leozack that he'll go and find Gaihawk whilst he and the others deal with the Autobots.

The Decepticons run in front of the incoming Autobots and Leozack gets Killbison to help him fight Star Saber whilst Jaruga and Drillhorn have a firefight against Fire and Pipo.

Elsewhere in the prison Hellbat puts some Autobot guards to sleep and tries to find the switches to open the doors on all of the cells. He finds them and opens up every cell, releasing all of the captured Decepticons who run off outside to fight the Autobots. Hellbat then decides that he must find Gaihawk, but is concerned that if he finds him his place in the team will be... but before he can finish that thought Gaihawk appears behind him and Hellbat welcomes him with open arms. Gaihawk isn't interested in that though and demands energy so he can fight.

Star Saber sees off Leozack and Killbison but then is told by Fire and Pipo the rather bad news that all of the prisoners have escaped and have found weapons. And to make things worse they're heading straight towards them. As Star Saber wonders what to do now, we then find out that Holi has found Greatshot and that the two of them are already on the moon and are going through an underground passage towards the energy room of the prison as Greatshot reckons that Gaihawk will go there before leaving the moon so he can recharge.

The two Decepticons are already at the energy room though and Hellbat is busy charging up Gaihawk and his Brest animal. As soon as the process is complete they find that Greatshot and Holi are in the room but Gaihawk recognises his old friend, but then finds out that he has changed sides and now works with the Autobots. And with that the two fight each other as Hellbat runs off and Holi takes cover.

Outside the Autobots have been pushed back and cannot make it back in as the concentrated fire from the Decepticons means that they can't get through. But then lava starts to shoot up and engulf part of the complex, and as both sides wonder what is happening Hellbat tells the others that Gaihawk is still inside and is fighting Greatshot.

Back at the battle at the energy room, the two robots are fighting on a bridge above a pit of lava and Greatshot is knocked back slightly when some lava shoots up. Gaihawk uses this to his advantage and uses his ice needle attack to send his opponent off the bridge, but he manages to stay on by using a grapple hook. Gaihawk is about to finish him off when...

...some more lava shoots up and nearly melts him. He decides that he'd rather live and that he needs to get out of here, so he transforms into his jet mode and flies off leaving Holi alone to try and pull Greatshot up.

As more and more lava threatens to destroy the entire complex the recently freed Decepticons lay down their weapons and run towards Star Saber who tells them that they can all get out in Galaxy Shuttle. The Brestforce wonder if they should go with the Autobots too but know that they'd just be captured. And so Leozack transforms and orders Leozack to do the same as they quickly fly Drillhorn, Killbison and Jaruga out.

Holi's rescue operation suddenly goes all pear shaped when he falls and both of the Autobots are heading towards the lava pit when the timely arrival of Star Saber saves them both as the entire complex is destroyed by the lava. The Autobots head back to the other still floating part of the prison and drop everyone off, and whilst Greatshot and Holi have been saved, Gaihawk has gotten away and now something very bad looms upon the Autobots.

Boater is curiously absent from this episode.

Now that Gaihawk has joined them, the Brestforce are officially complete. But that doesn't mean that they still don't want to get rid of Hellbat...

Um, has Greatshot forgotten that he can transform into a space fighter?
