Stage 4: Pyramid

This world features quicksand that acts as a conveyor belt - it will move players and bombs in whatever direction it's moving. The little pyramids hide worms that pop out every 6 seconds, and are harmful to touch.

Boss Area


Ponchos / ポンチョーズ are a cactus duo who behave differently. Togetoge / トゲトゲ, the tall one, will actively pursue Bomberman. Chikuchiku / チクチク, the round one, will move aimlessly.
Whichever cactus is wearing the sombrero will stop and swing it in Bomberman's direction as an attack. They can also swap the hat between themselves.
Whichever cactus isn't the sombrero will periodically stop to shoot spines. Togetoge will fire 4 spikes in the cardinal directions. Chikuchiku will fire spikes that rain on random parts of the arena. Both of these attacks can detonate bombs.
Chikuchiku can also play the guitar, which will cause Togetoge to speed up.
Both must be destroyed to win the fight. Requires 6 hits each to defeat.

Sandy / : Changes direction every 3 tiles. Can duck underground to avoid bomb blasts before rising a few seconds later; during this period it is invincible.

Mutango / : Only changes direction upon hitting an obstacle. Will shoot a spore projectile at Bomberman on sight.

Crawler / : Idly pursues Bomberman; changes direction every 3 tiles. If Bomberman or a bomb are nearby it will roll into a ball, rendering it invincible

Farah / : Idly pursues Bomberman. Periodically breathes fire, which can detonate bombs.

Hurricane / : Moves slowly; can pass through soft blocks. Will draw in Bomberman if he is within 3 tiles of it.

Despider / : Moves slowly. If on the same aisle as Bomberman it will stop to spray a harmful web.

Core Mecha Walker 4 / : Moves slowly and aimlessly; turns at every junction. Will drop a Core Mecha when defeated. Requires 2 hits to defeat.
