When you beat a character, they get turned into their head, in most cases. Some get turned into their hats or what they represent, but mostly heads. Twelve of these dudes come with second frames of animation, accessible by vSNES; I'd like to say "but for whatever reason aren't actually used," but considering they're ultimately very pointless I guess that spells it out.
Using SNESSOR95, either unused sounds are found, or these are sounds used in the parts of the game that I've never extensively bothered with.

[23] - Perfect? Practise? (female voice)
[25] - "Groovy!"
[26] - "Score!"
[28] - Practise? Breakfast? (male voice)
[33] - "Hello!" (female voice)
[34] - "Whuh--." Possibly a bit of a full sound sample, but I couldn't find the remaining chunk.
[35] - "Hello!" (male voice)
