Metroid Prime 2: Echoes

Different HUD, most notably the health system. The differences are:
Different health bars
Different missile count layout
Different light/dark beam ammo layout
The icons for the various beams and visors (bottom left and right corners) are different.
The warn level (middle left) is slightly different.
The motion tracker (top left) is very slightly different.
The map (top right) is slightly different.
On the left is a screenshot from the final, for comparison.

A space pirate getting angry. This seems to be part of a cut scene which never made it into the game, although it appeared in the first trailer for the game.. It appears that when you first met the dark space pirate commandos, one of them managed to smack Samus into the ground.

Prototype 4 player mode. The HUDs for each player are different to the final (check those energy bars out) and those numbers in the middle of the picture are very different and more of a mess than the final.

Old HUD.

Old HUD.

Old HUD, and the Dark Beam weapon looks different.

Old HUD.

These seem to be taken from a near final version of the game, but those numbers in the middle of the screenshots are laid out differently than usual.

Same thing here, although the turret's health metre is labelled "Hull", whereas the final labels it "Turret".

A multi player level ... in single player? Hmmm.

I don't think you get a power-up in an area like that.

When you enter a teleporter in the final, you see Samus enter it from a first person perspective. It just changes to a third person as you move from one world to another.

I don't know what's going on here; it looks a little like Samus ramming into a space pirate in ball form, but whatever it is, it doesn't happen in the final.
